Facilities were wonderful. Staff at breakfast were great, especially Micol (sp?). Abbas (team leader for pool area) really went out of his way to make guests comfortable, really great job. Was upgraded on arrival to 3-bedroom apartment which was really spacious, family all enjoyed the extra room. Traveled with small dog and staff were all very helpful. We had no issues with our pet in common areas. Customer service across the board at this property was really great. Pool and beach area were wonderful.

Huge apartment with toilet in every room-perfect for big crowd stay. Amazing beach. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely polite. Amazing view from window. Nice location. Good food. The swimming pool is under renovation and hotel informed us in advance. Even without pool with the beach like that we had an amazing stay!

Wonderful location near the beach, however when i was there pool was out of work. Anyway I am more sea fan, that's why it was not problem for me :) I liked breakfast and room was comfortable! Stuff was so polite. Probably I will visit again the same hotel :) greetings from Russia!
